The Bible study is based on the questions -

What did you like best?

What put you under conviction?

Was there anything you didn’t understand?

How can we apply this passage to the present day?

With this model, and a strong structure of accountability, they hope to be able to deal with rapid expansion and maintain a simple approach to the ministry - something that almost anyone can lead - and from there, raise up called leaders who would become more thoroughly trained.
